The Dubai brokerage’s market activation programme has now reached fifteen cities across five regions, generating more than 1,500 qualified investor interactions.
DUBAI, UAE — 28 July 2026 — SQCC Properties L.L.C has completed the fifteenth event in its international investor roadshow programme, extending a market activation platform that has now reached fifteen cities across India, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and Africa.
The programme delivers invitation-only investor events on behalf of real estate developers seeking entry into markets where they hold no existing relationships. Each event is designed for approximately one hundred curated guests, with the programme generating more than 1,500 qualified investor interactions to date and contributing to over USD 150 million in investment deals.
Cities activated include Mumbai, Goa, Navi Mumbai and Kochi in India; Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE; London; Miami, Palm Beach and Chicago in the United States; and Johannesburg, Cape Town and Ethiopia in Africa. Venues have included Shang Palace in Dubai, the Hilton Royal Rose in Abu Dhabi and the India Club.
